If you follow my blog on a regular basis you know that I am on an SEO kick (Search Engine Optimization). I have a wonderful teacher and he is amazing! He is opening my eyes to a lot of different things, things that will change my business I am sure. It is amazing to me what you can get from Google Analytics. It is the window to how your business performs on the Internet and it can tell you so much.
- Where does your traffic come from?
- What pages do they look at the most?
- How long do they stay?
And the big kicker is figuring out how this translates into sales. Which is not so easy, it depends on many factors. But you have to start somewhere! I found an amazing video on YouTube that explains very well how to use Google Analytics, I encourage you to check it out.
Oh and let me tell you this, don’t send your assistant to check out this video and report back to you. No one cares about your business more than you do and if you want your finger on the pulse of your business – learn this for yourself!
